Paramount Group, a real estate developer, has announced the launch of its new project Emotions at Noida Extension (GNIDA).Located at Sector 5, Greater Noida, the project is spread over an area of 11.5 acres. This project will have 1,550 residential units and a shopping centre.
According to the group, these 2BHK and 3BHK residential units will be spacious as all of them will be open from three sides and will be designed in such a way that all occupants get a park view.
The project will encompass a well equipped club with facilities of swimming pool, gymnasium, business lounge, spa with sauna and steam bath, unisex salon, cafeteria and indoor games and a shopping centre. The scheme also boasts of uninterrupted supply of water and electricity.
Speaking about the project, Ashwani Prakash, executive director, Paramount Group, said, “Paramount Emotions will be the best house deal as it is situated at the most wanted and highly accessible location of Delhi NCR. The area of the flats range between 810 sq ft and 1,570 sq ft and the towers has 15 floors. Paramount Emotions will be completed in May 2013 and possession will be given in the same month. The price of the units starts from Rs 16 lacs and the price per sq. ft. is Rs 2090. “It’s value for money to the customers, as this project is a perfect example of modernity, convenience and proximity at a very affordable price,” he added.
